The Type BWH_I refers for high temperature. The values for the standard valve are based on single U-shape seat construction and for standard materials. The material as well as the seat selection has an effect on valve dimensions and Nelprof sizing due to strength calculations. The valve is designed for control and on/off purposes. Temperature range starts from 0 ... 600 °C, pressure rating ANSI class 2500, PN420. Use Nelprof code BWH_I for Double Flanged, Wafer, Lug and Butt Weld End design sizing. For this valve only derated trim option exists to increase flow capacity.
