Neles™ Q-Disc™ is a flow balancing trim for Neldisc™ Model D butterfly valves. Q-Disc design features extreme flow balancing for control service. Dynamic torque effect from the flow has been significantly reduced allowing high pressure drop service. With Q-Disc, the pressure is distributed more evenly resulting in lower torque requirement and more effective contol of flow. Q-Disc design also provides market leading noise reduction even up to 12 dB. The Q-Disc add-on is integrated to the standard Neles™ Neldisc™ LW, LG and L6 Model D disc. The valve itself is the Neles™ Neldisc™ Model D metal seated triple eccentric high performance butterfly valve.
