HYDRO-DRY® are compact dryers for nonwovens with integrated air systems, economical constructions, and easy installation.

QUALITY

The HYDRO-DRY THRU-AIR drums are constructed from high-strength carbon steel with a stainless steel mesh drum surface, providing excellent structural and thermal stability throughout the operating range.

FLEXIBILITY

The system is easily installed and requires minimal maintenance. When maintenance is required, the “roll-out” design allows for easy access to both the drum surface and the hood.

EFFICIENCY

Low power usage is attained through the highest thermal efficiency by combining the high air re-circulation design and the balanced, closed thermodynamic loop.

Two models of high precision technology

The dual air chambers with separate burners allow for two temperature zones which leads to higher efficiency and lower power usage. You will find Valmet HYDRO-DRY and Honeycomb Roll technology in the most advanced Spunlace and Wet laid nonwovens lines in our industry
