Valmet Oyj’s stock exchange release on December 29, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. EET
On December 29, 2022, a total of 2,204 Valmet shares have been returned free of consideration to Valmet Oyj according to the terms and conditions of the long-term incentive plan 2018–2020 and the Deferred Share Plan 2021–2023. Originally, the shares were transferred to the participants after the performance periods 2020 and 2021 of the plans.
Including the returned shares, Valmet Oyj now holds a total of 344,775 treasury shares.
