Valmet to supply Integrated Automation System for three RoRos to WS Group in China

Valmet recieves an order of integrated automation system (IAS) for three RoRos built in CSSC Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group(WSIG) for Louis Dreyfus Armateurs(LDA) Group, which aims at setting up a low-carbon fleet to transport Airbus aircraft subassemblies between Europe and the United States.

The order was included in Valmet’s orders received of the second quarter 2024. The value of the order will not be disclosed.

To ensure optimal safety and efficiency, our vessels must feature advanced alarm, control, and monitoring systems capable of managing complex control strategies and large volumes of sensor data. Technical information about the delivery

The delivery includes application of Power Managment System (PMS) in consideration of PTI/PTO propulsion, with total 4500 I/O and 44 communication ports.
