Metso Paper to supply tissue machine to Fujian Heng Li of China

Metso Paper will supply a complete Advantage DCT 100 tissue line to the Fujian Heng Li Group Co., Ltd, Nanan City, Fujian Province, China.

The tissue machine will have a wire width of 2.8 m, an operating speed of 1600 m/min, and a daily production of 60 - 90 tons of high-quality facial and bathroom tissue grades. The machine is scheduled to start production during first quarter of 2006 in Nanan City.

The value of the Metso order is not disclosed.

Metso’s scope of delivery will comprise a complete tissue machine equipped with an OptiFlo II TIS headbox, a 15-foot Metso Yankee cylinder, Advantage AirCap yankee hood, sheet control, tail threading equipment and WetDust dust management systems as well as air and ventilation equipment.

The order also comprises stock preparation system from Metso Paper and QCS and DCS systems by Metso Automation.

The site of this tissue machine is in Shengxin Industry Zone Nanan, Fujian Province, close to Xiamen.

The core products of The Fujian Heng Li Group before this expansion are female hygiene products, baby diapers and facial tissue. The Group has had a steady growth for several years and has a set-up of nine branch companies in different provinces in China and also twelve provincial agencies.
