Manufacturing line for Nimax™ screen baskets inaugurated in Grästorp, Sweden

Metso Paper inaugurated a new manufacturing line for screen baskets on Tuesday, December 16. The line in Grästorp, Sweden, will produce modern wedge-wire screen basket technology to be sold under the Nimax brand. The new manufacturing line ensures a quick delivery time and premium quality for Nimax screen baskets. The inauguration ceremony included a customer seminar and a tour of the manufacturing line.
Nimax is currently being introduced on the market. Nimax screen baskets provide increased production and improved pulp quality. The new basket also features a long lifetime and excellent dynamic strength, which reduce screening costs. The modern manufacturing facilities and Metso Paper’s extensive screening know-how guarantee that Nimax screen baskets fulfill the quality and performance requirements. Nimax technology is a platform for Metso Paper’s future screen basket products.
