Cevian Capital II Master Fund L.P. has transferred its aggregate holding of 7,560,179 Metso shares to Cevian Capital Partners Ltd., which is a wholly- owned subsidiary of Cevian Capital II Master Fund L.P. As of February 6, 2015 Cevian Capital Partners Ltd. holds 20,813,714 shares which corresponds to 13.84% of Metso shares and share of votes. The transfer does not have any impact on the total amount of shares held by Cevian. The registered number of shares of Metso Corporation is 150,348,256, which entitle to a total of 150,348,256 votes.
