Description

Containerboard production needs to deliver high efficiency and advantages in sustainability. Producing packaging grades with low basis weight while maintaining high strength properties at the same time is always a challenge for board makers. One of the latest innovations to tackle these challenges is layering headbox solutions that make it possible to produce a two or three-layer sheet with great strength properties, and with very good layer coverage using only one headbox and forming unit.

During this insider session, our Valmet experts will review the fundamentals of layering headbox solutions. You will learn:
  • What is a layering headbox? What does it consist of and how does it work?
  • How is it different from the traditional two or three headbox concept?
  • What features are unique to layering headbox solutions?
  • When is a layering headbox the right solution for you?

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to gain valuable insights into the latest advancements in headbox solutions and how they can address challenges in containerboard production!

Ready to explore how layering headbox technology can enhance your efficiency and sustainability? Reach out to our team for personalized insights!
