Hydrocyclone systems are integral in keeping unwanted particles such as sand, glass, metal, plastic, and Styrofoam from pulp. Unfortunately, Recycled Fiber Mills and those operating over capacity have harsh conditions for pulp cleaning systems, that often result in fiber losses and plugging. By leveraging new technology built from proven hydrocyclone designs, mills can improve runnability, reduce fiber losses, and lower operational costs.

Building upon the lessons from one of our most popular webinars, two of Valmet’s pulp cleaning experts are back to share how to optimize your stock preparation even when dealing with recycled fiber.
