Markku Kiuru
Product Technology Manager, Cutter
Markku has 35 years of experience with Valmet pulp and paper machines. Throughout his career, he has specialized in the final stages of the continuous process, focusing on reeling or cutting the final product. With a background in electrical and automation systems for winders and reelers, he now leads mechanical engineering and R&D for cutters as the Product Technology Manager. Markku has worked on numerous projects worldwide and is passionate about inventing new gadgets and solutions to enhance customer experience and performance of Valmet Cutter.

Veera Korpiniitty
Product Engineer, Cutter
Veera joined Valmet in 2021 and has since gained knowledge and experience in mechanical engineering and site work across several projects. Her current role is the Lead Engineer for Cutter Layboys in the Sucuriu project. Veera has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree.

Juha Lindberg
Sales Manager, Pulp Drying
Juha will be hosting the webinar. He has over 15 years of experience in the pulp industry, covering both service and capital sales. As the Sales Manager for Pulp Drying, Juha brings deep industry knowledge, offering valuable insights and guidance.
