Valmet strengthens its roll services in the EMEA region

Maximum roll and production performance should be feasible for all machines, regardless of their width or roll size. To make this happen, Valmet has strengthened its roll service center and partner supplier network in the EMEA region to pay more attention to the needs of small and medium-sized production lines with accessible scopes.

Valmet’s roll service offering, high technology and expertise are now accessible to all pulp and paper mills through its roll service network, which is the widest in Europe.

Whether it’s a question of basic rubber roll covers or mechanical service work, Valmet provides mills with cost-effective solutions. Alternatively, customers can upgrade their existing rolls with modern features to enhance roll performance, reliability, energy efficiency, roll cover running intervals and end-product quality. Valmet also offers replacement rolls and shells, roll service agreements, asset management and intelligent roll technologies. Onsite roll audits performed by Valmet’s experts provide a systematic approach for long-term maintenance planning and performance improvements.
