Neles PB series PFA lined ball valve is a full bore design to minimize pressure loss and provide maximum flow capacity. The flow port and internal parts are fully covered with PFA for excellent corrosion resistance.

Benefits and features

Benefits

  • PFA liner is "locked-in" to body, ball, & stem. Eliminates liner collapse under vacuum.
  • Injection molded PFA lining is free from pinholes, cracks, swelling, and local uneven thickness
  • Excellent corrosion resistance due to PFA lining and TFM seats
  • More economic than a valve made from high-alloy materials
  • Low torque, smaller actuator, cost and weight saving
  • High flow capacity & unrestricted flow
  • Bi-directional bubble tight
  • Easy for actuator automation

Features

  • All wetted surfaces fully coated with PFA
  • 2-piece off-center split body
  • Anti-blowout stem
  • Straight bore design
  • Durable TFM seat, zero leak
  • ISO-5211 mounting pad

Applications

  • Sulfuric acid
  • Nitric acid
  • Hydrochloric acid
  • Phosphoric acid
  • Chlorine
  • Bromine
  • Sea water
  • Brine
