Summer Trainee Recruitment Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice applies to all personal data provided by you in your summer job application and any subsequent information supplied by you in connection with your application.
The data collected will be controlled by Valmet corporate HR and the respective country organization. The legal basis for the processing is a request by the data subject prior to entering in an employment contract. Later, your information will also be transferred to Valmet’s HR system.
The data will be accessed by relevant Valmet HR representatives. By default, the data will be stored in the EU. However, in some cases, technical support for the tool may be provided from outside of the EU. EU Model Clauses are used as appropriate safeguards for the access from third countries.
The data will be stored in MS Forms until the data of this recruitment round is transferred to official HR records.
Valmet will support data subject’s rights, including access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (data protection authority).
