Webinar Description

Modern QCS systems have been using multipredictive process control (MPC) strategies for the machine direction control of basis weight, ash, moisture and white water consistency with great success for many years. Learn how integrating this MPC technology into advanced stock preparation applications can not only improve existing QCS performance but also provide additional benefits such as:

  • Improved machine runnability
  • Stabilization of paper properties
  • Optimizing production
  • Improving furnish costs
  • Enhancing final paper properties

Our Valmet experts will review existing QCS MD control applications and provide insight into how world-class machines are implementing these newer stock preparation applications.
