Test description and results

The test was conducted by producing the same roll in terms of wound paper and firmness, comparing two conditions: one without Warm-up Contactless and the other with Warm-up Contactless Double.

The product, a BRT 2-ply 16 gsm, was manufactured using a double-height roll for the upper ply and a micro roll for the lower ply. The application of the Warm-up Contactless Double led to a 36% increase in caliper of the finished product, along with an increase in roll diameter, without any change in firmness or strength.
